Education IT’s service desk staff have been delivering IT support services to organisations large and small for over 25 years. Our team are experienced, knowledgeable, but most importantly friendly and approachable.
We understand that schools work differently than businesses and that an issue with classroom technology can have a massive effect of the delivery or quality of a lesson. We therefore work closely with schools to ensure that the technology that they are using is configured in the most reliable way, is as simple as possible and that when things do go wrong they’re dealt with quickly, efficiently and without the need to lots of call backs.
We provide remote and telephone support that includes the ability for us to monitor and remote control the equipment within the school and we can support the whole range of technologies that you use, from PC and Laptop, through Interactive boards, tablets, iPads, Mac and even the back office systems.
We want to make a difference to Primary education, that’s why all of our Support Contracts are provided with access to our STEM Workshop Program, giving Primary School pupils access to inspiring technology sessions.
